Synopsis : This is the time of the King of Wessex, Alfred the Great. This man, during his reign, did everything possible to win from the Danes once belonged to his country land. Overseas invades have terrorized the British coast for a long time. But the main series hero is not King Alfred. The focus is on a man who is a descendant of a noble Saxon clan. He is brought up as a real viking whose life is a continuous struggle. However, the character faces a difficult choice, to remain true to his historical homeland or to become a part of a huge Viking army.
